Pellegrino’s delivers outstanding “cooked all day” Italian cuisine that caters to all appetites and budgets. Our seamless order and delivery process allows us to communicate in live time to ensure that no guest goes hungry. Our No Surprises policy not only offers transparent up front pricing, we also have a variety of substitutions for common food allergies and sensitivities. From start to finish our friendly and personable staff attends to every detail so you don’t have to.

PICKING THE RIGHT MENU

Catering needs vary based on the style of event you are hosting. For a wedding our Catering Menu will likely suit you best. Whereas for a casual home birthday party, our Parties To Go menu may be a better fit. Here’s what you need to know about each option-

Parties To Go– Restaurant pick up only. For parties of 10 or more. Our casual and most cost effective approach to catering. Simply order an entrée or get the full meal complete with salads, sides and desserts. Pick your order up hot and ready at your desired time. These orders can be placed with as little as 48 hours notice, so it’s a great option if you need a last minute fix! Items are packed in disposable containers such as aluminum pans.

Catering Menu– Usually accompanied with Delivery, but can also be picked up. This menu offers the complete buffet experience and is charged on a per person basis. With options to add appetizers, beverages and desserts this is great for full service events such as Weddings, Corporate Events, Holiday Parties Etc. How to Order

PICK UP - Items from our Parties To Go and Party Platter menus can be easily ordered online by going to the Order page of the main menu. Once you are on the Online ordering page, switch the order type to Catering Pick Up by clicking the shopping bag icon. From there you select the date and time and place your order!

DELIVERY - Catering Delivery orders must be placed with a Pellegrino’s representative. To place a delivery order or receive a quote please fill out the Inquiry Form with the menu details.

How far do we travel?

Our main area of service is Tumwater, Olympia, and Lacey. We also work regularly at venues in Centralia and Chehalis. Generally if your venue is within 25 miles of our restaurant it is an area we can accommodate delivery.

Please feel free to reach out to us to ask about specific locations.

When choosing a venue that is in a more rural area, having access to a kitchen with cooking equipment can help ensure quality fresh food.

How much does catering cost?

The best way to establish the cost of your event is to work with our event planner to get a personalized quote. To get a general idea you can check out our catering menu to see the per person prices for our Italian Buffets, and see the Styles of Service above to account for the fees beyond the food cost.

The details we need to provide a quote: Date of Event, Estimated Guest Count, Location, Preferred Style of Service and Menu

Your final guest count isn’t due till 10 days prior to your event.

Do we offer bar service?

We unfortunately do not offer bar services, but we understand that it is a key component to many events. We have worked with many local event bartending companies and would be happy to refer you to a bartender that can help with your event!
