STYLES OF SERVICE Disposable Delivery- Pellegrino’s staff will deliver food hot & ready in aluminum pans and set up the buffet. Recommended for 30-50 people. Local Delivery $40, Long Distance Delivery $60-$120 Delivery & Pick Up- Pellegrino’s staff will deliver food with warming and serving equipment, set up the buffet, and return in 2 hours to pick up equipment. Recommended for 50-80 people. Local Delivery Only $120 + 10% Gratuity Attended Cater- Pellegrino’s staff will arrive at contracted time, set up buffet, clear plates, and clean up food service area. Recommended for 80+ people. Local or Long Distance Delivery Fee + $160 Per Staff Person + 15% Gratuity All catered events include quality disposable plates, plastic ware and napkins. If you don’t wish to use the Paper & Plastic ware we provide you are welcome to provide your own table ware. If you are renting china, an additional china handling fee will be assessed for attended events. Delivery orders require a 30 person or $500 spending minimum.
