Our Story

Pellegrino’s Italian Kitchen was founded in 2003 by Sam and Pam Pellegrino, whose family has been serving the Olympia area since 1980 through decades of restaurant and catering experience. From the beginning, Pellegrino’s earned a reputation as a hardworking, family-run business known for delicious food, generous portions, and genuine hospitality. Customer appreciation and loyalty have always been at the heart of our culture. With a strong commitment to community involvement, Pellegrino’s has become a cherished part of the South Sound and has proudly been recognized with the local award for Best Italian Restaurant for many consecutive years.
Today, the next generation—Joey Pellegrino—carries the family legacy forward. As active owner, Joey is dedicated to honoring the core values established by Sam and Pam while guiding Pellegrino’s toward continued growth, innovation, and tradition.
